A Study of the Proposed Management in Corporate Governance

Abstract
The purpose of this study is, to maintain and sustain the mutual communication between all the corporate stakeholders such as employees, patients, patients’ relatives and suppliers and thus take advantage of their opinions and aim at increasing the quality of service, customer satisfaction and productivity, to infuse the sense of belonging into them. Eventually, that would contribute to the establishment of organizational orientated strategies with innovative ideas, expectations and suggestions through the use of proposed management system practices at Karabük State Hospital. By implementing the Proposed system to the Karabük State Hospital, the stakeholders were included in the management system indirectly and thus positive contributions were added to the dimension of service quality. Feedback on the suggestions which were put into the practice led to an increase in the quality and quantity of the proposed system. Awareness of ‘’ each proposal is an opportunity.’’ was created and the main goals and objectives of the institution were met efficiently.
