Data were analyzed with IBM Statistics 23.0 program, validity, reliability analysis, Servqual method and ttest were used for analysis of hypotheses. According to the results obtained by comparing these variables in the study, it was understood that the parents' expectations for the Servqual scores were higher than the service they perceived, and negative results were obtained in all dimensions. From this point of view, parents of children studying in private pre-school education institutions stated that the physical appearance of the schools in question was not modern enough and the institutions were not clean enough, that the institutions are not clean enough, the areas where children can play are limited and according to these findings, suggestions were made to increase the service quality of private preschool education institutions. Based on this, suggestions were made in order to increase the service quality of private preschool education institutions. The results of the research are important for measuring the quality of schools, for directing the school preferences of parents and for determining the quality perception of schools in advance.
