A Conceptual Investigation on Organizational Culture, Work Monotony and Foreigning

Abstract
In oranizations that meet a large part of the world economic income, the workers who make up
the cultures also make important contributions. The sustainability of the organization is only
possible with the organizational culture created with a strong structure. Today, organizations,
have international managers and workers. Therefore, organizational cultures are formed by a
combination of many cultures. However, some problems that occur between the employees and
especially the management, such as alienation and workplace monotony, are negatively affecting the working life. In this study, the relationship between organizational culture formation and workplace monotony and alienation will be examined.
