Based on the Opinions of School Principals, Conflicts Between Teachers in Schools and Solution Methods

Abstract
The main purpose of this study is to examine the causes of conflicts between teachers at school as an organization and the views of school principals on the consequences of conflicts.The phenomenological model, one of the qualitative research methods, was used in the study. The study group of the research consists of 15 school principals working in Diyarbakir city center and districts in the 2022-2023 academic year. The research data were collected with the help of a semi-structured interview form and analyzed by content analysis using the MAXQDA 20. Program. At the end of the study, it was seen that teachers experience conflicts in schools due to organizational reasons, personal reasons and lack of communication, and conflicts between teachers at school have consequences such as decreased motivation, complicating school management, decreased performance, lack of self-confidence, and encouraging aggression and violence.
