In Terms of Women's Education and Employment the Role of Social Municipality

Abstract

In this article, women's education and employment will be examined by considering the activities offered within the scope of social municipality studies. An explanation will be given on the importance of women's education and why women should be involved in employment. It will be investigated how social municipality studies affect women-oriented evaluation. In the study, the education and employment of women and the concepts of social municipality will be handled together and composed. In the study, using the literature research method, social municipal services will be analyzed in terms of women. The main purpose of the study is to reveal the solution-oriented harmony between social municipality and women's education and employment. In the research, women's education and its importance, women's employment and its reasons, adult education and women, social municipality concepts will be examined in depth. At the end of the study, there are suggestions and discussion section.
