Entrepreneurship Tendencies in Accordance with The Post-Graduate Career Expectations of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Students: A Research on Foundation Universities in İstanbul

Abstract
In this study, it has been investigated how undergraduate students in Turkey will direct their careers in the sector after graduating from the department. In this way, the career expectations of the students were revealed. For example, students who plan to combine their career expectations with entrepreneurial tendencies by doing private sector, family business, public or selfemployment have been predicted about the direction in which their career plans will be shaped. The survey technique was used by applying the research as a quantitative method. The questionnaire was applied by sending a link to the participants via social media platforms and email via the internet with the help of a browser-based word processor. The data obtained in the study were analyzed by applying the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) for Windows 25.0 software program. While analyzing data information, methods based on explanatory statistics (number, percentage, mean and standard deviation) were preferred. In the analysis, Bonferroni method, which is t test, Anova, Pearson correlation and Post-Hoc test, was used to reach the conclusion, and the study was completed by stating the recommendations.
