Abstract

Reengineering of business management is an approach which is used for the planning and control of change. In those present days, there is a continuous and rapid change in social, cultural, political, economic and technological fields as well as others. In the face of that continuous change, organizations need to change and evolve too. In order for organizations to continue their existence, they must evolve rapidly and turn that change into their favour. In turn, changing happens to be unavoidable to meet the continuously changing customer needs and behaviour to achieve and sustain high satisfaction levels. Reengineering is the job of self-renewal for the business to be afloat and to be ahead of the game in a rapidly changing environment, which is also the job of analysing the opportunities of change and evaluating the potential, reorganizing and reshaping the most appropriate strategy and implement it. Reengineering aims at build up faster, more efficient and more productive management system. Therewithal it is planning and implementation of business processes which are fundamentally revised. The purpose of this study is; to achieve a high performance and make a positive progression rate through rapid radical redesign and changes in the system of Karabük State Hospital. During period of change, it is aimed to consider business processing, to return profit by the decision matrix, to prioritize changing alternatives in order of total magnitude impact by evaluating them according to the changing affect and practice criteria, to determine the factors resistance to change and take precautions against them. Also, to evaluate the study results as politics and strategy, resources, processes and employee, it is also aimed to improve performance and to maintain its sustainability.
