Investigation of Consequences of Servant Leadership by Meta-Analysis Method

Abstract
The research's purpose is to analyse the connection between the positive consequences of the servant leadership approach, which has become prominent in recent years among leadership approaches, with organizational commitment, organizational identification, organizational citizenship and organizational trust. Therefore, data obtained from 18 organizational commitment,12 organizational identification, 20 organizational citizenship, and 12 organizational trust researches conducted between 2010-2021, which comply with the determined criteria, were involved in the meta-analysis process. The common effect size values obtained as a result of the analyzes carried out with the random effects method revealed a medium-level relationship of servant leadership with organizational identification, and a high-level relationship with organizational commitment, organizational citizenship and organizational trust. The research result can be interpreted as the employee-oriented, supportive and developer approach of servant leadership is effective in the employees' positive perception of the organization.
