Abstract

The socio-psychological effects experienced during the Covid 19 pandemic process have closely affected the relationship between both individual and social levels in interpersonal communication. Due to the challenging life of the Covid-19 process in interpersonal communication, there has been an increase in the levels of uncertainty and social anxiety for the future in individuals. In the face of psychological symptoms caused by compelling life events in interpersonal communication, it is seen that individuals experience intense anxiety in terms of self-sensitivity and psychological resilience and traumas that will make their effects felt for many years. The aim of this study is to examine how individuals are affected by self-sensitivity and psychologically in the context of the literature during the Covid-19 pandemic process. In this study, a study was carried out within the scope of literature review on how the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic on interpersonal communication in socio-psychological aspects were reflected, and the strategies that could be applied in the communication dimension were examined. It is seen that the Covid-19 pandemic process affects the anxiety disorders in the interpersonal communication of individuals, psychologically, and socially and psychologically in their social lives.
