Abstract

One of the two philosophers who founded philosophical systems on someone else and elsewhere has been evaluated by the atheist existentialist Sartre and the last by the theological philosopher Levinas. In particular, the interpretations that philosophers have made to the concepts of freedom have been compared. Freedom brings responsibility, according to the two philosophers. According to Sartre, the person who moves to form the essence is necessarily free. He must act responsibly in this obligatory freedom in communicating with others. According to Levinas, someone else is in my freedom. And when I communicate with someone else, I have been free to take responsibility.
