Experiences Metaverse Will Bring to Virtual Markets in A Digitalized World

Abstract
To further assist digital change in every element of our physical existence, a new word known as
"Metaverse" has evolved in recent years. An all-encompassing vision of the Internet as a vast,
unified, ever-present, and communal area lies at the core of metadata. With the developing Web
3.0 technology, we find ourselves in a simulation; this computer simulation means a new world
for humanity. But very few people know what Metaverse and Virtual Reality are, their core
principles, and open issues. This study has examined how digital developments in retail
operations can increase performance by considering customer consumption. Also, a literature
review was conducted to synthesize research on virtual commerce from app design and
consumer behavior research, considering the promotion of purchasing in virtual commerce
environments. Throughout the study, influential factors and leading brands were examined. In
addition, the evolution of virtual commerce research, its multiple aspects, and the experiences
that Metaverse will bring to virtual markets, including what Metaverse technology is, what the
community expects in the coming years, its position in digital marketing, and the proposition of
meta-commerce as a future trend are discussed.
