Classroom Teachers' Opinions on Disciplinary Problems Encountered in Classroom Management and Solutions to These Problems

Abstract
The aim of this study is to determine the classroom discipline problems that classroom teachers encounter in classroom management and the solutions they have developed for these problems. The study group of the research conducted in the phenomenological model, which is one of the qualitative research methods, consists of 15 classroom teachers working in primary schools in the city center of Batman. The data of the study were obtained through the interview form developed by the researchers. The data obtained through the interview form were subjected to content analysis. At the end of the study, the classroom teachers encountered disciplinary problems such as speaking without permission, fighting, swearing, physical violence, verbal violence and apathy in the classroom, they saw the family, child and classroom environment as the source of these problems and warned, punished, It was seen that they used strategies such as referral, talking to students and getting angry.
