Innovative Practices in Tourism Sector and Tourism Education in The Process of Covid-19

Abstract

Covid-19, a global crisis, has affected myriad of sectors especially tourism. The enterprises which turn this crisis into an opportunity have achieved to survive by innovating their products, services, processes and organizations. Tourism enterprises and the higher education institutions which provide tourism higher education have also been influenced by this global crisis, meanwhile, have tried to enrich the future via innovative practices. Innovative practices of tourism enterprises and higher education institutions during the process of Covid-19, jobs and qualifications of human resources of future, and the advices for innovative tourism education of future are given in this study.
