Abstract

The aim of the study; It is an examination of how the online shopping, which has been widely adopted by the consumer before the Covid-19 pandemic, along with the economy created by the pandemic, and how it will take shape in the post-pandemic process. It has been observed that there has been an increase in the rates of shopping made over the internet during the pandemic process. In the current pandemic period, the rate of shopping online has increased in many product groups. The fact that consumers who did not shop online before the pandemic preferred this shopping method has been a very effective factor in increasing shopping rates. The importance of shopping over the internet has been understood more with the pandemic period. The fact that people who do not want to be affected by the epidemic do not go out of their homes, both on their own initiative and with the effect of the restrictions, has made online shopping the most important source of meeting their needs. The study carried out is a qualitative research.
