Abstract
Organizations, which are a system of common human activities, are the products of the environment in which they were born and raised. This environment has begun to change and become more and more ambiguous every day. While constantly changing environmental conditions sometimes offer opportunities to organizations, sometimes they create threats. The first purpose of this article is to point out the importance of legends, ceremonies, symbols, heroes, myths and language in organizational culture and success, which are the basis of an organization's success. The second is to explain the legends, ceremonies, symbols, heroes, myths and language that our ancestors founded on the foundations of brotherhood in Anatolia hundreds of years ago, which is an organization of artisans and craftsmen who integrate art with good morals and reconcile labor and capital, and which has an important place in the formation of ahism organization and ahism culture. In addition, it is to indicate how much we need a culture of ahism, which aims to make people happy in the world and the hereafter, where people aim to be live bombs and kill themselves and those around them.
